In my work as project manager, I'm the responsible for many IT and manufacturing projects, most of which have budgets of multiple millions. I manage my projects by putting the team members in the best possible position to perform, making sure the project runs efficiently so projects get delivered on time, in budget and with an excellent customer satisfaction. I believe in building a relationship of trust with clients so we can overcome any curve balls this ever changing world can throw at us, without compromising the project.
