I gained more responsibilities upon advancement in 2013.My primary role is managing projects for performance improvement, software upgrades, and process monitoring.Additionally, I am involved in supply chain analysis of incoming chemical material and its quality assurance. I provide hands-on training for equipment technicians on various tool sets. I mentor incoming engineers and instruct them in the use of in-house systems.

Since becoming a process engineer, I have been responsible for process defect detection, outgoing quality assurance, cost savings projects, and increasing production throughputI am the engineering point of contact for my shift, and my duties in that role are primarily to provide support to the technicians on the floor. Often I provide guidance for imprecise situations. I identify shortfalls in operations and implement countermeasures. Whether I am giving consultation or training, I really enjoy supporting my technicians and contributing to my team.

I analyze equipment downtime and performed failure analysis on equipment components to improve reliability. I am involved in equipment installation including communication setup, initialization, and primary qualification.
