Bill has more than 20 years of experience in developing organizational strategy, growth planning, and the direction of diverse management teams. He has opened new markets in the US, Asia/Pacific as well as Latin America. His international business management experience allows him to quickly understanding complex product and service offerings within the three major disciplines all businesses contain: People, Process and Technology. While in Latin America Bill worked extensively in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Mexico. His time there was spent establishing new markets for a world leading software developer offering enterprise wide marketing solutions to major insurance companies and banks. Bill established and managed 2 businesses in mainland China one of which was the in the top three lenders of micro-credit banks in the world. His ability to adapt to diverse foreign cultures served him well in dealing with the Chinese government as well as the China Construction Bank one of the 3 largest state owned banks. Bill also worked in the 2nd largest Chinese steel manufacturer in China, MaGang, instructing them in the processes of successful market penetration.After returning from 8 years in China Bill moved from running businesses to working as a consultant helping other organizations through his years of experience. While at Panorama Consulting Group, Bill managed delivery and sales teams domestically and internationally. He currently runs the Expert Witness Practice as well as handles all international sales of Panorama Consulting Group. Bill’s experience spans 100’s of companies in industries as varied as Construction, Manufacturing, Software Development, Government, Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Finance, Retail, and Entertainment to name a few. This broad spectrum of experience gives him the ability to transport “best practices” from one industry to another.
