Project Cost: $115,000,000.Total Project Built area of 262,587 SFPenn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Children’s Hospital located in Hershey, Pa. This project consisted of a state of the art facility that will serve the Children of the Central Pennsylvania Region. The Construction of this Hospital was very complex due to the owner’s strict material delivery times as well as the location of the project site sitting between two existing Hospital Buildings with critical care units looking over the job-site.• Managed five out-of-scope jobs on the PSU HMC Cancer Institute totaling an approximate value of $150,000.• Actively participated in the BIM coordination meetings and aided in developing the 4D model of the structural steel erection sequence.• Developed and tracked the daily productivity of micro-pile drilling and grouting. This log was included in the contractor’s weekly status report.• Developed project punch-list items insuring the poorly executed jobs are repaired by the subcontractors.• Processed over 900 Structural Steel submittals using Prolog Converge.• Performed several tasks including scheduling, submittal review, design input, value engineering, creating cost event (CE) notifications to owner, change order processing, and refining the site logistics plan.• Participated in L.F. Driscoll Safety Training and PSU HMC Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA).
