IT Professional with over 20 years of experience, starting at the age of 15 in a technical school and specializing in Project Management. I hold a degree in Information Systems, an MBA in Project Management, and have embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with a startup that, despite not succeeding, brought valuable lessons on innovation and resilience.Since 2017, I have been dedicated to management and have taken on various Agile roles.     In this second tenure at Totvs, I returned as a Full Stack Developer, working with technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC).I worked on a project to make TOTVS RM, a Desktop ERP Software developed in Windows Forms, available for a new cloud commercialization model. The goal of this project was to implement a new connection mode with greater stability and reliability. When switched, the system had to intercept the concrete implementations of WCF connections and create a new runtime instance based on a common interface, thus changing the connection type to stream the packages. This approach saved the reimplementation of thousands of modules already created and deployed across the company.
