Willem Meijer is Boardroom Advisor, Interim Director, Supervisor, Executive Coach, Business Mediator and appointed director by the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (Ondernemingskamer - Gerechtshof Amsterdam). Since 1989, Willem has held several positions in investment banking and markets across the financial industry. He managed brokerage, assetmanagement, corporate finance and -exchange companies on an executive level and is currently non Executive Director at Euroclear (NL, BE, FR). He has a lengthy and broad experience in governance and regulated markets. In his current role, Willem holds several Supervisory positions and is Boardroom Advisor and Executive Coach to different companies across industries. Furthermore Willem is a Business Mediator at Mediation Kamer Amsterdam and appointed director by the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (Ondernemingskamer - Gerechtshof Amsterdam). In this role he is appointed by court as executive director / mediator to boards of companies in litigation and WHOA Restructuring Expert role. Willem has a Bachelor degree in business economic, certified coach and certified business mediator & negotiator. From approximately 25 years Willem has been an approved executive by the Dutch regulators.
