As a "Certified Government Performance Manager" I report to the Executive Director. I am responsible for management of executive level functions with direct oversight of MHA's daily operations and 9.5 million dollar annual budget. I am fluent in federal regulations specifically CFR 24 and procedures of subsidized housing programs as well as research and analysis of the Code of Federal Regulations. I am competent in asset management concepts and have been instrumental with asset management transition and management at the agency level. I have direct responsibility for all areas of public housing agency management including LIPH operations, HCVP, Capital Fund Program, VASH, HPRP, development and modernization programs, grant management, procurement, IT, finance and maintenance. In addition, I have overseen the contacting and management of a major site redevelopment including the use of capital funds, private funds and stimulus (ARRA) funds.

I reported to the Executive Director. Management of executive level functions with direct oversight of multiple agency departments including procurement, public information and media relations and development of marketing plans and strategy. I was also responsible for IT, regulatory compliance, internal audit and procurement. I was also As the company's Strategic Planning Officer I was responsible for writing various agency policies and procedures including standard operating procedures, agency plan, ACOP, administrative plan, designated housing plan and agency procurement policy. I had input in all areas of Public Housing agency management including LIPH operations, HCVP, IT, finance and development I planned and directed training of over 120 employees in LIPH property management, compliance and asset management. I designed and built agency web site and branding presence.

Direct responsibility for all management and operations of three commercial radio stations, one cable TV station, a video and audio production company and a weekly shopper newspaper. Position required extensive business-to-business contact and extensive knowledge of federal regulations. Multi-location management, creation, production and direction of audio and video projects.
