Hi, I’m Wendy Stanley.It's important to share a few things centered around what I value and who I strive to be. Because if you want to know me, it starts here. My career experience showcases what I am capable of, but an essential part of who I am is the foundation.- I am a God-fearing, wife of 23 years and mom of 4. Life has provided me with “I can’t make this stuff up!” experiences and I treasure every last one of them. I enjoy my family, the outdoors, getting things in order, playing cards, sitting by a campfire and the occassional glass of wine! - I enjoy getting my hands dirty. No work is above and where help is needed, I will show up. See a need, fill a need. I enjoy the labor of work and the end result from it. - I seek to understand. It’s important to know the process. Your part is my part and vice versa. Knowing the how’s, the why’s and then putting them all together for the greater good, is good stuff. - Collaboration is essential. I don’t know everything. No one does. There is beauty in everyone’s individual knowledge and strengths, and I love getting to know those. - I desire to be a good person. That means showing up with a smile, being approachable, treating people with respect and being a team player. - I can lead and follow. I don’t believe leading requires authoritative delegation, but respectful guidance. I don’t believe following means you can’t lead.
