Seek out process improvements and document accordingly.• Perform network research for subpoenas, DMCA and abuse notifications and respond in a timely manner • Plan, submit and execute on planned systems changes using the approved process and Change Management system. Utilize the defined maintenance windows per policy. • Interacts with the Systems Engineering and IP Engineering personnel on a regular basis to design, implement and maintain new and existing network infrastructure and keep a working knowledge of those operations • Works closely with Network Engineering and Product Management to develop, test and implement new features in support of GVTC’s future growth opportunities • Assists Network Engineering with key projects and initiatives -

These systems are used for the provisioning and monitoring of our servers and network, as well as performing daily/nightly maintenance. These systems provide critical visibility into the status of our network, at any given moment, providing real time surveillance and alerting of network issues.
