Tuttle Courthouse, Atlanta, GA. Supervised 25 personnel/trades contractors and identified redesign requirements resulting in $100k+ in change orders. Superintendent / General Foreman for the John C. Godbold Federal Building (U.S. Court of Appeals Annex) project, a $5.5M, 16-month, 134K s.f. facility-wide mechanical/plumping installation of an unoccupied historic federal building (LEED Gold certified), overseeing a 30+-member team. Managed scheduling, logistics, and issue resolution. Played a key role in achieving on-time, on-budget execution. Detected a plan omission resulting in a $125K change order.Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent and sole on-site lead for the NOAA project at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL, a $3.5M, 18-month new construction mechanical/plumbing installation with 25 personnel/contractors. Executed ahead of schedule (despite a compressed timeline). Introduced REI’s first utilization of Trimble GPS layout.Foreman (2002-2007): Supervised multi-million dollar projects (i.e. a $3M/90K s.f. addition and a $2.5M/50K s.f. demolition/renovation), facilitating permit/inspection scheduling. Earned an early reputation as a quality-focused field supervisor with a strong work ethic and ownership attitude.

Pipe fitter/Foreman

Following completion of a five-year apprenticeship, moved role installing piping systems, as well as assisting with field drawings for a construction company specializing in plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning services. As an Apprentice, selected to attend annual Foreman Seminars in Washington, DC. (sole attendee among 10+ Atlanta peers). As a Pipefitter, facilitated ground-level startup of the first fabrication shop in Atlanta and implementation of a field “bag and tag” system for fabrication projects.
