I have practiced as an attorney since 2001. Our firm focuses primarily upon the trial of cases involving serious injuries. From inception to resolution, we take steps based on the law, collective experience, and our clients' expectations to maximize the potential of each case for every client.Duties include drafting and filing complaints and discovery; noticing and conducting depositions; preparing and presenting the case for mediation (where applicable); often negotiating with opposing counsel and their client to attempt to reach a mutual compromise; drafting settlement contracts/agreements; and various other duties on behalf of our clients to verdict, if necessary.We prefer trial to allowing our clients' damages being undervalued.
