Giving quality care with dignity to residents diagnosed with dementia and/or Alzheimer disease since 2007. 12+ hr shifts generally 6 nights a week at what is now known as Richland Nursing and Rehab in Richland County, IL. Primarily alone giving care with dignity for up to 26 residents from 7pm to 7:30am. A noticeable reduction in the cna and nursing working force since the pandemic. Full charting, bathing, proper peri-care, adl's, often responsible for Emergency Room transportation, activities, cleaning wheelchairs, etc.
