About William Mantle
Currently I am pursuing a career as a professional pilot. My background and experience has primarily been in service with corporate aircraft. My most recent aviation maintenance experience was working as a Customer Service Manager with Textron Aviation. I also worked with Avidyne Corporation maintaining their aircraft and modification for experimental programs, software development and integration of new avionics. I also worked with Constant Aviation as an AOG Technician out of the West Palm area, and as a Lead Mechanic with Embraer Executive Jet Services in Melbourne Florida. I have an extensive background in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and AOG field support. I have worked in corporate aviation for 28 years, and have extensive experience in the duties of a Field Support Technician. I have an excellent work ethic and am comfortable in a customer relations role working directly with aircraft owners, operators and tech reps., and scheduling and coordinating maintenance. A large part of my background is in unscheduled maintenance, providing logistics and parts support for AOG aircraft. Along with this came making travel and lodging arrangements, setting up a team to deploy, testing, troubleshooting and repairing the aircraft, as well as returning to service with inspection privileges. I am an FAA certified A&P / IA mechanic & Private Pilot. I have a strong sense of professionalism and am very dedicated and detail oriented.
