Working directly for the President/CEO, I am responsible for all aspects of the company IT systems, to include design, implementation, maintenance, security, and support. Currently focused on corporate migration of domain services to Microsoft Azure tools and solutions. This involves technologies such as Microsoft Entra for identity management, and Intune for Endpoint Security and Mobile Device Management. I advise on all aspects of Cyber Security for the company such as how to integrate new tools and solutions such as Microsoft Purview, or Synology Network Storage into our corporate solutions. I consult on customer design solutions as well to ensure robust IT design and Cyber Security best practices implemented for our customers.

Working directly for the Hospitality Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), I was responsible for interfacing with all Amadeus Hospitality development and infrastructure teams on Cyber Security related topics. Responsible for providing security related guidance on technical deployments of Amadeus Products and Services. Interfaced with all Product teams to identify security gaps and Architecture needs in relation to the Amadeus Azure Cloud deployment.

Working with the Lockheed Martin F-35 Training Systems Cyber Organization, I provide Cyber Security expertise in RMF documentation development, such as the System Security Plan (SSP), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and other required body of evidences as required under NIST RMF guidelines. Also, I oversee the compliance of security settings for operating systems, to include Windows, Linux, and Network systems and ensure ACAS/Nessus and STIG compliance.

As a Naval Security Control Assessor, I conduct security audits of the NAVAIR information system’s security configuration, settings, documentation, and processes against NIST 800-53/53A security controls. I’m responsible for examining documentation, interviewing stakeholders, performing test of system technical security configurations, as well as developing Assessment reporting documentation such as the Risk Analysis Report and Assessment after Action Reports.

Responsible for providing the business knowledge and technical skills to implement technical strategies, evaluate products and provide superior level of technical support to senior level staff supporting the Army Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Cross Functional Team (CFT). Additionally, perform investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network Hardware and software. Participate in planning designed, technical review and implantation for the network as well as provide technical consultation, training and support to IT staff.

Responsible for leading cross functional teams of Cyber Security Specialists on the Open Architecture Deployed Common Ground System (OA DCGS) Fielding team to provide both policy and technical guidance in the implementation of NIST RMF based security postures. Direct the deployment and configuration of IA software such as McAfee Enterprise HBSS and ACAS, as well as, ensure system wide hardening by utilizing DISA STIGs and SCC tools. Provide Policy and Technical assistance to both AFRL and the PMO on RMF implementation and Self-Assessment compliance to meet requirements for the 25th AF A2SA Accreditation efforts.

Provide direction and oversight for overall Enclave, LAN, and WAN planning, operations and maintenance, and management for the 27th SOW RPA Operations Center with locations at Cannon and Hurlburt AFBs. Responsible for analyzing customer driven requirements and engineering an end-to-end operational solution. Provide technical and administrative oversight to multiple teams of Network and Systems Administrators who’s primary responsibilities include providing 24/7/365 network and system integration, engineering, operations and maintenance of the communication systems the AFSOC RPA Operations Centers and the AFSOC Full Motion Video (FMV) distribution network. Manage the full system Life Cycle support of all mission systems and networks, as well as planning and support of any future systems and network infrastructure implementations and performance analysis.

Supervises and leads a team of Network Administrators who’s primary responsibilities are to provide a 24/7/365 network integration, engineering, operations and maintenance of the communication systems of a Full Motion Video distribution network. Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance of network services, equipment and devices. Manage system back-up and restore protocols, as well as plans and supports network infrastructure, monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.

Lead a team to perform installation, configuration, testing and deployment of UCS clusters. Provided customer facing support for new cluster configuration and testing as well as break/fix action on existing equipment. Also provided implementation and operational support of surrounding technologies including SAN, NAS and VMware.

Responsible leading a team of system technicians to provide system integrations support for the installation, configuration and for the engineering and design of the IP and Fiber Channel Infrastructure and Voice over IP platforms of a combined military Major Command Installation Processing Node and Disaster Recovery Center. Accountable for individual and team leadership, installation oversight, and performance objectives within five data centers. Responsible for assisting with the business growth of the defense IT market that focuses on new Military and Federal clients.

Interface with new and existing Customers to resolve, identify, and adapt current and future LAN/WAN infrastructure outages and problems. Respond to client troubles/requests to include new installs, add, moves, and changes, and emergency outages. Conduct hardware, software and network troubleshooting and problem resolution, deploy network monitoring and troubleshooting techniques to insure smooth operation of LAN/WAN. Configure VPN, firewalls, and QOS for VoIP deployments. Responsible for IP network troubleshooting and design.

Performed installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, modification, and safeguarding of garrison and tactical Communications-Computer Systems, which encompassed local and wide area networks, end-to-end telecommunications and circuit switching systems, long-haul transmissions, and the Global Information Grid. Performed, coordinated, and supervised the design, configuration, operation, restoration, and performance enhancement of such systems. Responsible for the direction of various teams in the configuration, operation, security, and problem resolution of Air Force communication systems to include installation routing and switching environments, as well as the long-haul and WAN communication systems. Carried out system performance testing and configuration to meet Air Force and industry standards and best practices, as well as operated test equipment to verify end-to-end circuit, system, and network communications performed in accordance with such standards. Operated, managed, and monitored cryptographic equipment to include testing, keying and re-keying, and configuration.
