Directly responsible for the security of Lyft’s production infrastructure, including $4B in annual revenue, trillions of events, and 1000+ microservices. I lead a 20-person product security org that owns and operates Lyft's core Security services, including vulnerability management, access control, credential/secret management, AWS/IAM administration, and infrastructure visibility.

Founded Lyft's Data Privacy team and hired software engineers and privacy analysts, growing the team from 1 to 7. Automated Lyft's internal access control platform; expanded to govern access to dozens of tools and services. Built and launched critical-path service to route traffic across all of Twitter's desktop and mobile web properties (100K RPS). Led Web Services team (10 engineers). Supervised, trained, developed roadmaps, led incident response. Orchestrated web stack migration (Rails to Scala). 1000 endpoints, 30 engineers.
