As part of a fortune 500 companies corporate Business Solutions Group, defined and implemented standard processes for delivering services to customers. Supported Business Development VP’s with presentations, demonstrations and proposal responses. Evaluated new technologies as to how they could be utilized to standardize processes and improve operational efficiencies. Defined and implemented support structure for the Elite Service Plan (ESP) 330 plus internal users in over 50 locations. Managed development of ESP program. Built and presented closure plan for local facility and managed the shutdown of the operation due to corporate bankruptcy.

Including documenting national account processes and working with the customer to build their project implementation plan. As the Director of Technology and Tools, responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of workflow management software, call center software, National Partner Database, estimating software, and the national account information WEB site. Worked with national account sales to close customers such as HP, Agilent, Washington Mutual, Lowe’s.
