Will Bailey, is President of International Sales at Communify Fincentric, Board Chair of the national non-profit UpTogether, and an experienced executive in fintech. Will most recently held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at InvestCloud and worked with the fintech company from its founding in 2010 through its growth and $1B valuation in 2021 and left the firm in 2024. During his tenure with the InvestCloud, Will started within the technology and product groups, serving as Head of Product and EVP of Platform and Global Technology Head, he then moved to London to open the firm’s European operation in 2015. Upon his return to the US in 2018, Will focused on growing the firm via strategic account growth, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and maintaining the firm’s commitment to innovation and beautifully designed solutions to deliver client value. Graduating from Northwestern University with a BS in Computer Engineering focused in Computer Vision, Will was a member of the executive team of the Northwestern University chapter of NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers). Upon graduation, Will began his career in the defense industry, obtaining secret clearance from the US Department of Defense, he worked on computer vision and digital signal processing projects that are still in use today. After working in defense, Will honed his capital markets and engineering knowhow architecting and designing applications in the capital markets industry with specialists such as RandomWalk Computing and Accenture’s Research & Development Labs in Silicon Valley, before joining InvestCloud in 2012.
