• Contribute to our high tech startup in business development operations.• Compile, format, and report information from various consumer product manufacturers.• Plan and execute a robust pipeline of optimal offers across a variety of categories and subcategories.• Develop and execute the product buying, marketing and merchandising strategy.• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with consumer product manufacturers.• Help create marketing and sales collateral.• Compile and update information in vendor database and CRM• Help determine short and long term product mix.• Compile and input qualitative and quantitative product information from various sources, including, pricing, distribution, performance, and consumer reviews. • Compile, track and report on product, vendor and category success metrics including yield, sell-thru, profitability etc.)• Manage, schedule and upload product inventory on our supplier portal.• Work closely with product manufacturers to become familiar with products and help develop appropriate marketing message for each sale to maximize revenue.
