CurrentMy current responsibilities are new business development, sales coordination, key clients relationship management as well as marketing and human resources. At WireMaze i was responsible for the deployment of many big eGov projects, mostly service portals/apps, but also many content management based information websites and intranets. At WireMaze we work with more than 170 municipalities out of the 308 total in Portugal.16 of our clients are on the Top20 list of the Local Administration Online Presence Index, which is the major indicator produced by an independent institution (United Nations University & Minho University).2 of our clients are in the Top3 list of the Local Administration Transparency Index by Transparency International.2 of our clients have won awards by the International Observatory of Participatory Democracy.I led the team that transformed the national emergency institute (INEM) in a non-paper organization, all that during a period where it grew from 300 to 1300 employees. At the Health Sector Regulator (ERS) we managed to implement a fully online entities registration system, that later incorporated many other responsibilities such as licensing. All the Portuguese health care sector is currently regulated and licensed through the system, and ERS has at its disposal detailed information about locations, services, and people working in the sector. In licensing we implemented "license in the hour". An impossible mission some said, but the facts say that over 100K people and about 13K locations are nowadays registered and licensed. Personally i contribute to the ERS overall IT strategy. In the tourism area i led the teams responsible for some emblematic portals deployed in Portugal, such as DouroValley, RotaTerraFria and NortheastPortugal.
