Managing information and educational technologies for a high-profile suburban school district and developed a vision and executable strategies to achieve organizational targets. I led a team of 75 employees, including the hiring, training, evaluating, and developing of all team members. I administered a comprehensive budget, as well as business systems and all hardware and software resources, and ensured the confidential storage of all student data. Facilitating services for this regional school district, incorporating instructional and administrative technology for 5.5K students. I created cross-functional strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiencies, and developed professional standards for 350+ employees, ensuring compliance with state requirements.Some key achievements in this role include:• Effected a hardware lease program and created an annual replacement cycle to reduce spend by $300K annually.• Awarded Pathfinder Award for developing multi-state relationships with superintendents and ISTE affiliates, effectively revitalizing the MA Computer Using Education Board.

Serving as director of administrative and instructional technology and data systems for an urban school system that included eleven schools, 1,000 staff and 5,000 students. Modernized and diversified assets to include multiple platforms and operating systems. Selected a new student information system and led the cleaning and migration of all district data.

Leading and modeling the integration of technology into instruction in classrooms, schools and district-wide. Managed and maintained hardware and software inventory, met with instructional staff and worked with administrators to identify strategies that supported academic goals, productivity and efficiencies.

Working alongside Classroom Connect, I served as department chair, course developer and instructional facilitator for online courses that promote technology integration into instruction with a particular emphasis in stimulating all the intelligences and creative education. In addition, I developed new course content for the online Master’s degree program at the request of the Dean. In addition, I taught online courses with an emphasis on adult learning theory and online learning communities.

Serving as a lead contractor providing technology training to H.U.D. and its field offices around the country. Created original training documentation and workshops on administrative applications for staff across the country. Offered job-embedded, just-in-time, one-on-one support to leadership and staff at headquarters.
