- Customized Dakno's proprietary PHP web application, Dakno Admin – an applicaion specifically geared towards real estate agents to use to update their websites and access their lead data. - Integrated Dakno Admin with Mandrill, a transactional mailing service, through Mandrill's API, creating an email marketing feature allowing clients to create email marketing campaigns through which they could reach out to the leads gathered through their website. Leads could be added to campaigns either manually (which would send out a verification email) or through signing a form with opt-in language. - Added a tagging feature to Dakno Admin allowing for better organization of client leads and contacts. This includes the ability for clients to manually tag their leads, as well as automatic tagging through forms and batch tagging through the admin interface. - Added a feature to Dakno Admin allowing for batch addition of leads through importing CSVs. - Assisted in the conversion of Dakno Admin and Dakno IDX (their custom MLS search product) to mobile. - Maintained both Dakno Admin and Dakno IDX. - Maintained one client's suite of websites exclusively. This included his main site, http://significanthomes.com as well as several one page websites. 1. This included content updates, design updates, and creating and updating custom plugins (sites built with WordPress)

- Set up “Helga”, Richir Outreach's CentOS based machine, as a central internal webserver, DNS manager, and file server- Maintained several websites including but not limited to Equality on Trial (http://equalityontrial.com/), Food Democracy Now(http://fooddemocracynow.org/), BiomedBuddy.com (http://biomedbuddy.com/), all of Brave New Films' websites (http://www.bravenewfilms.org/), ActionNC (http://www.actionnc.org/), and Richir Outreach's own (http://richiroutreach.com/).
