I manage client progress on a pre-defined curriculum for implementing Cornerstone Talent Management solutions. Also, prepare for and conduct weekly implementation calls with each client.With this role I provide recommendations and coaching on client configuration. I work closely with Sales, Integration, and Client Success teams to ensure continued client satisfaction. I partner with clients to resolve issues that arise.

I provide direct consultative services to Blackbaud's clients to their complete satisfaction. I manage the conversion and implementation process from third-party products into Blackbaud's financial solutions. Also, I build and maintain client relationships throughout consulting engagements, ensuring customer success with Blackbaud products. I work closely with clients' staff members to ensure they are maximizing the potential of Financial Edge software by making process improvement recommendations.

As a Data Analyst I scheduled calls with clients to export their data for cleansing. With the client's data we standardize, append, and perform verification processes before uploading the results back into existing databases. I also worked closely with team members to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines for active projects. With this role, I provided technical support for internal and external customers for Data Enrichment Services products and services. I teamed up alongside Product Development to streamline internal automation processes for incoming client data.

At Blackbaud, I provided approximately 15 clients a day with a high level of support by phone, email, and chat and help customers understand technical concepts while enhancing their proficiency in Blackbaud products. Assisted the team as a senior resource and help promote excellent customer support, a level of encouragement, and contribute to the success of the organization. I helped maintain multiple internal data systems while troubleshooting with clients on the phone. I created and updated Knowledgebase resource documents for Blackbaud customers and internal employees to aide with resolution and troubleshooting material.
