William M. EberleI have gained a wide breadth of experience with a variety of information technologies in my career as an architect and senior administrator of complex Lotus Domino systems. I have had to understand and incorporate many different functional areas and technologies in designing, trouble-shooting, and maintaining complex application and email systems. These experiences have given me a unique understanding of computer technologies from hardware, software, and networking aspects. I use this knowledge and insight to identify issues between systems where experts who are focused on a specific system won't see outside their area of expertise.I am an innovative solutions implementer who works with end user, management, and technical support teams to identify requirements then develop, execute, and support effective implementation plans. Additionally, I am a knowledgeable Information Technology support professional who clearly communicates complex technical concepts between end users, technical staff, and management personnel at all levels of expertise. I work very well with people, helping to build understanding and cooperation, and I have a very good ability to work with technical topics and resources.My goals over the next two years are to increase my experience with network security technologies and concepts while completing my Master's Degree in Cybersecurity. Then I intend to find an opportunity for me to apply my wide base of experience with Information Technology with my cybersecurity training in aiding organizations in evaluating their cybersecurity program and helping them to develop a more robust cybersecurity solution. I believe that cyberattacks will increase over the next few years and more attacks will occur on smaller organizations, so many more organizations will need to develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect assets required to accomplish their mission.
