With over 10 years of experience in data and analytics (D&A), I believe that data is the key to driving business success, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency.Currently, I am a Data and Analytics Leader in Operations at Grupo Boticário, where I promote and create a data-driven culture and endeavor to enhance business efficiency and progress through data-informed analyses and decisions.During my academic journey to achieve my PhD, I focused on Analytics, specifically Optimization (Operational Research) applied to logistics and supply chain operations. I obtained a double degree PhD in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Paraná (UTFPR) in cotutelle with Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon (IST-UL).I value continuous learning and believe in the transformative power of education to change people and the world around us. I am always open to sharing my knowledge to inspire and educate others, especially in this data-driven digital era!
