VietLead is a non-profit organization empowering the Asian community through civic engagement (CE) and youth engagement. Seeding Change is a leadership program for improving working-class Asian Americans lives.Co-led the Community Defense high school summer program and organized a regional pardons campaign, and co-led college organizers during the school year; developed the CE strategy and built a database to identify counties to target based on API populations and historical races; and produced and facilitated CE and Know Your Rights training curriculums.
