I'm a former admissions officer and school counselor who’s building Scholarships360.org where we help millions of students each year.I’ve spent the past decade thinking about college admissions and the future of higher education from all angles: as an admissions officer, high school counselor, graduate student, and entrepreneur.My interest in college admissions began after going through the admissions process as a first-generation college student. After graduating from college, I began my career as an admissions counselor at Kenyon College. After four years in admissions and 10,000 applications read, I wanted to work more closely with students and families and transitioned to a role on the school counseling side of the process.As cofounder and CEO of Scholarships360, we're solving the shoppability problem of higher education. Through expert advice, tools, and recommendations, we help millions of students make all of the the big decisions related to higher education.
