As the President and Chief Operating Officer at Quaint Oak Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area, I am responsible for developing and executing the Bank's strategic plan. This role encompasses establishing new business lines and strategic partnerships, negotiating mergers and acquisitions, and developing new products.For example, I am currently leading the Bank in launching an International Banking business, starting with offering correspondent banking services to international banks and gradually extending direct banking services to international customers. As the Bank approaches its 100th anniversary, these initiatives are part of a broader effort to ensure its ongoing relevance, viability, and vibrancy for the next century.Since joining the Bank in 2009, I have led several business lines, including retail banking, commercial lending, commercial equipment finance, specialty lending, mortgage banking, property and casualty insurance, real estate title insurance, and real estate sales and leasing. Before my tenure at Quaint Oak Bank, I served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a commercial and residential mortgage banking business.I graduated Summa Cum Laude from DeSales University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and obtained a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
