Project Engineer & Coordinator:• Plan, execute, manage and monitor the project progress• Involve in early stages of project until completion including feasibility study, design, tender, building construction, equipment installation, production preparation, trials, quality confirmation and commissioning.• Involve in non-technical aspects of project execution including budget tracking, reporting, audit & tax exemption.• Close engagement with stakeholders including management, internal department, customer, contractor and consultant.• Successful projects are including:1. Mitsubishi Xpander project2. New Paint Shop project3. Painting of VW Polo, VW Vento, VW Jetta, MB C-class, MB E-class and Suzuki Swift2. Senior Executive Business Development• Researching new business opportunities by utilizing available resources including budget, time, space and manpower.• Perform feasibility study and budgeting on possible future new business.• Successfully managed to secure Mitsubishi Xpander CKD project for 6 years contract.• Generate significant revenue from inorganic businesses.• Engage with existing customers to assist them in expanding operation, introduce new models and ad hoc request such as temporary storage. Existing customers are Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Fuso and Actros.• Ensure the satisfaction of new and existing customers are always acceptable.3. Process Engineer• Ensure production line is ready for production according to required capacity and quality.• Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor improvement activities, cost reduction activities, engineering change, problem solving and maintenance.
