Led cross-functional staging team, facilitated phase probe, I and II teams. Developed testing protocols, compiled market analysis, integrated information for sucking insect handbook. Management responsibilities (1989-1996): oversaw insectary and greenhouse operations consisting of nonexempt, exempt, and contract labor. Insectary generated an insect value of $16 million annually for Dow AgroSciences. Led on-going insectary renovation. Served on numerous cross-functional teams (building, computer, and waste handling committees).
