The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club is a fully volunteer run, 501(C) (3) non profit organization. The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club is the leading youth lacrosse organization in NYC. Our club teaches boys and girls grades PreK-8 the fundamental/advanced skills and values of lacrosse (e.g., commitment, teamwork, integrity, passion, community pride). We build young men and women of character through lacrosse.Our program’s foundation is built on beginner clinics for the spectrum of our age groups. These clinics feed the different competitive team levels that play other lacrosse organizations throughout the Tri-State area. Over 150 lacrosse players have graduated our program, since our beginning in 2006. Our graduates play at local high schools, a number of boarding schools and several are playing in college. After the Brooklyn Historical Society (BHS) combined with The Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) to form The Center For Brooklyn History (CBH) I was elected as the sole representative of the BHS Board to sit on the BPL Board to support the CBH as well as the mission and initiatives of BPL.Also serve as the Chair of the Center for Brooklyn History Sub Committee on the BPL Board.

As Director of the Business Creative Enterprises Program (BCE), the Global degree in partnership with ICMS in Sydney, Australia, and the Graduate Program Director for the newly launched graduate degree, I oversee this one of a kind program in the School of Communications that focuses on teaching business for the creative economy. The BCE is a business program for the content creators, innovators, and future leaders of our industry. Not just balance sheets and accounting but also aesthetics, collaborative work, and 10,000 feet analyses. As Executive In Residence, I will also teach classes in the BCE and work directly with the students. Emerson College is the only comprehensive college or university in America dedicated exclusively to communication and the arts.
