Purchased C&W Enterprises, Inc. and continued the run up of customer accounts and cash flow with our Cable and Internet Business until merging with SpeedConnect.

Implemented two FCC Licensed Wireless point to multipoint, Broadband High Speed Internet Service solutions with extraordinary success. MDS (multichannel distribution service) and 700 MHz frequencies were used for our DOCSIS cable modem service. Our 700 MHz system was the first of its kind in the US creating attention from operators and integraters who wanted to see how we had achieved this solution, (Vecima Networks).Additionally, I continued to assist C-Store operations but became heavily focused on the CATv technology side of the business. The C-Store side of the corporation was negotiated, successfully assigned, and purchased by Allsups Convenience Stores from New Mexico during fiscal year 2006.

Managed a chain of 11 Convenience Stores in the West Texas region surrounding San Angelo with responsibilities including: individual store personnel, inventory, cash, deli, lottery, motor fuel, audits, and reconciliations. Assisted with sales and marketing campaigns, purchasing decisions, fleet fuel deliveries and detailed accounting of same.
