Recruiting Associate, Career Group - Los Angeles
CurrentProvide high-quality, full-cycle recruiting including reviewing resumes, presenting candidates, preparing candidates for interviewing, negotiating salaries, etc. Proactively utilize multiple sourcing strategies (i.e. internal database, job boards, social media, contact lists, etc.). Consult with management to identify hiring requirements and planning strategies. Maintain weekly and monthly reporting. Write and edit job postings via multiple recruitment databases. Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships to provide a high level of customer service. Co-manage employees with on-site supervisors (i.e. counsel, educate, and discipline employees as needed). Maintain a thorough understanding of employment laws, practices, and principles.
