Led and mentored 7 Cadet Regimental Staff elements, 8 Cadet Companies and 12 civilian and military personnel in command of 1000+ member Corps of Cadets at the smallest of our four military academies. Responsible for cadet leadership, administration, mission execution and daily routine integrating all military, academic & athletic facets of cadet development programs in support of the Commandant of Cadet's Vision. Club Sport and Activity Director coordinated 60+ clubs, sports, social, music & extracurricular activities. Meticulously administered $1.1 Million in private donations and $1.8 million federal funding.

Pascagoula, Ms.

Commanded a 38-person, 179-foot, 380-ton Navy Cyclone Class ship on temporary duty to the Coast Guard executing Counter Drug, Alien Migration, Defense Operations and Coastal Safety and Security missions for the federal government. Area of responsibility ranged from the Gulf of Mexico to Panama to the Leeward Islands. Routinely coordinated with international, federal, state and local agencies in building partnerships to execute joint maritime Law enforcement and security missions.

United States Coast Guard Academy - Leadership Development Center

Responsible for the day to day operation and administration of the Coast Guard’s Command and Operations School. Supervised eight military and civilian personnel and administered a $150K budget in preparation and presentation of six different courses designed for to prepare prospective command cadre,and department heads for their vital leadership assignments.
