Current-In harmony with volunteers, staff and board; design programming to improve client’s quality of life-Champion policies that benefit at risk groups-Devise funding strategies with board leadership and carryout out assigned funding goals-Cultivate links with area leaders, civic groups, volunteers, clergy and educators by networking-Formulate budgets and monitor expenditures-Create an atmosphere of dignity and respect for clients, volunteers and staff-Ensure compliance with city, state and federal regulations and completion of appropriate reports-Confer with WestAid Board of Directors to generate agendas and reports for meetings -Hire, supervise and evaluate staff-Monitor and appraise training procedures-Engage policies crafted from capacity building studies and strive to meet measurable outcomes -Regularly assess and suggest modification of policies when necessary-Utilize Microsoft Word Professional and customary office equipment
