We started our career as a youth by asking such questions as: how does it work? If it is broken, can we fix it? This frame of mind was followed by a primary education, the Navy, a secondary education, exposure to capitalism, plus local and state government employment. Which in turn lead us to the Information Strategery business starting with the service and support aspects of technologies their infrastructure and methods.Decades of watching Organizational Development Methodologies (ODM) come and go rekindled the Regressive Systemologist traits of our youth, (Why is it broken?). This ‘why’ and the four or more that follow are the focal point of our pursuit to a viable solution. Following these five ‘whys’ was the question; How do we make it better?This forensic work led us to believe there was a need for OD technologies and strategeries in the small and medium sized business market as well as the large global enterprises. The questions that followed were: Which technologies and strategeries do we use? What services can we offer? Will they complement each other? How do we address leadership, capitalization and corporate culture issue? How do we distribute the rewards? And, what long-term strategery path does the business follow?We are a co-founder of the Bing-Fa Apprentice Society.We hope to have Samurai Learning/Coaching in the can by midyear 2012 and ready for franchising within a year.
