-Work with the OHSU Casey Eye Institute’s Casey Reading Center (CRC) internal personnel and long-term contractors to assist in developing and maintaining web-based software that supports data management and tracking for clinical trials in compliance with FDA guidelines -In compliance with Agile-based methodology and FDA guidelines for research, implement changes to software based on requirements, document changes, and work with CRC team members to test against quality requirements -Work with CRC team members to thoroughly test software against requirements -Write, maintain, and improve SQL queries for the CRC’s management to improve productivity and answer the questions of the CRC’s clinical partners -Write all documentation for the CRC’s web-based software -Participate in meetings to develop and deploy changes to the Reading Center’s web application -Communicate with OHSU’s IT department to ensure the availability and reliability of the CRC’s web application -Architect and build the API for the new version of the CRC’s web application -Design and build the fundamental structure of the UI of the new version of the CRC’s web application -Site Owner for the OHSU Casey Eye Institute’s SharePoint web application -Administrator of the OHSU Casey Eye Institute’s GitLab installation -Reorganized the software development system from Scrum to Kanban to better support the CRC -Serve as a knowledge source for CRC team members and management regarding the CRC’s web application
