As a Strategist, I'm evaluating where you are now, and hear where you want to be by identifying CLEAR desired end results. YOU’ll never get anywhere without clarity. Then I fill in the gaps with a strategy. To succeed, companies need a strategy that they can execute with help from a vetted, experienced C-Suite Executive. Growth strategies add value to private companies and non profit organizations in a way that can be realized almost immediately. The big ah-ha moment for most people is when they realize they can modify their behavior(s) for success, they don't have to change their personalities . Experts in behavior modification emphasize that there is scientific evidence that proves people CAN change their behavior, but they can't change their personalities. It’s easiest to bring everyone along with a great story of success. But as CEO, I MUST talk about the trials and tribulations of the path, how to overcome barriers, problem solving, and the who, what, where, when and how goals are planned, implemented, reviewed and of course, achieved. Transformational Leadership is about managing change in a way that gets you where you want to go especially with your company. There is a lot of change involved in growth - personal, professional, employees, vendors, investors, etc. All business relationships have to be established and honored, but the really scary part is that, sometimes, these relationships have to be severed. As a company or non-profit grows, relationships change and at a minimum fluctuate, I have to be able to bring everyone along, and make the tough decisions on who to leave behind, without destroying those relationships. If you want to LIVE as a transformational leader, you have to be willing to do the hard stuff. And, truly? It’s all hard stuff!!!
