About William Nagle, Pmp

I am a Senior Project Manager with 12 years of experience. I help companies achieve their strategic goals by successfully executing projects in complex and challenging environments. My expertise in budget and schedule management, along with my ability to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities, has led to the successful delivery of numerous projects, including those focused on mitigating budget impacts, schedule impacts, and disruptions to daily operations. Some examples of my results are:•I managed the construction of the largest contractor office/parking complex, and the only contractor-dedicated TSA checkpoint, at Denver International Airport. Despite facing significant setbacks, I was able to complete the project without impacting the $2 billion program, as it was a vital enabling project. I accomplished this by implementing temporary measures that allowed us to receive partial benefits of the project prior to its completion.•I led the design and implementation of a $1.1 million design-build security access structure, the first of its type built in the state of Colorado. This project encompassed various disciplines such as structural, data, access control, electrical and HVAC, and it needed to be compliant with all TSA and airport security regulations.•I took over a project that was plagued with schedule, budget, and stakeholder issues. Through my efforts, I was able to rebuild stakeholder relationships and progress the project. Additionally, I saved the project budget by descoping activities while still maintaining all the project objectives.•Due to changing needs at the airport, a taxiway needed to be relocated to facilitate changes to another project. This change came late in the season and the taxiway was a vital connection for deicing operations for aircraft. Despite this, I was able to manage the design and construction of this project ahead of schedule and within budget, ensuring that the normal operational needs of the airport were met.I am highly adaptable and resourceful and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where I am able to utilize my solutions-oriented mindset to tackle pressing problems. I have a deep passion for bringing diverse groups of people, sometimes with competing interests, together to achieve a common goal, a skill that has enabled me to drive tangible results and lead successful teams. My ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity and lead change, make me an asset to any organization. I am committed to working collaboratively with my colleagues to achieve results that exceed expectations.
