Wendy Pratama, an Architecture graduate from the Bandung Institute of Technology, is a young entrepreneur and a noteworthy leader behind lingkaran. After finishing college and returning to Jakarta, Wendy immediately realized the most significant challenge the young people faced – a missing gap between what is learned in universities and what is needed in the industry.Having explored himself professionally from architecture to photography, Wendy finally established herself to establish lingkaran in 2014. Over the last 10 years, his great passion has been reinventing education by helping young people find their purpose, develop their potential, pursue a job they love, and make things happen. As one of the pioneers of the revolution in the face of Indonesian education today, Wendy's struggle and resilience have helped pave the way and introduce to the public the issue of talent development in Indonesia, which in the last 4 years has become a national issue.As a life appreciator and wanderer, he loves to travel to new places, explore new cultures, and meet new people in his leisure time. From there, he gained a broader perspective and critical thinking. His ability to integrate various thinking styles into his works allows him to balance the big picture with essential details. His unique ability also allows him to strike a balance between highly creative ideas and methodical approaches.And as a lifelong learner, he loves to be the stupidest person in a room (in a sense, he is with the right group of people, isn't he?). He always seeks new things, ideas, and skills and learns across disciplines.
