Manage Americas Client Money team. Responsible for Futures & Options and OTC Clearing business. Provide regulatory guidance and support to various teams within the FCM including sales, trading, marketing, operations finance, control, technology, risk, onboarding, treasury and business management on manners relating to the treatment, reporting and recordkeeping requirements around client funds.Ongoing review of processes and procedures concerning client funds to identify gaps in such processes and procedures and develop remedial action to close any gaps so identified.• Daily review and approval of client money calculations prepared in accordance with CFTC and self-regulatory organization rules and regulations. • Develop and conduct ad hoc, ongoing, and annual training.• Establish and maintain open and effective relationships with regulators including the CFTC, NFA, exchanges, and clearinghouses.

Overseeing daily balancing of core systems to the general ledger with sub ledger system (GMI). Daily Regulatory reporting , Including CFTC Customer Segregated,Secured, OTC Requestered Regulatory reporting and Daily Capital Calulations. Coordination of month end activities. GL Substantiation. Manage the NA Financial Control TeamWork with F&O Global / Regional Business controlers/ Regional Financial Control teams to ensure standardize procedures and best practices adopted in line with Global BusinessCoordinate and supervise month end activities, identify inter-entity breaks and resolution of differences.
