With over 19 years of experience in the ICT field, I am a seasoned IT service management leader and a certified ITIL Expert and Prince 2 Practitioner. As the General Manager of Adept Solutions, I oversee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse clients across various sectors and industries.I am also passionate about capacity development and digital transformation, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to train and empower our staff and partners, as well as to explore new opportunities and innovations. In addition, I am the Director of DawnView Cattle Ranch, a private company that operates a commercial cattle ranch in Zimbabwe, where I apply my entrepreneurial and IT service management skills to manage the operations and strategy of the ranch. I have published an article on the role of CIOs in driving business strategy, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and Computing from the University of Zimbabwe. I am proficient in English and Shona, and I enjoy learning new things and solving challenges.
