•Developed a Web Content Management System (WCMS) using SharePoint for the EOS_DBA team, which allow group members collaborate on documents, share schedules, and have a wiki page to post common practices on team processes.•Created databases architecture diagrams using MS Visio for the applications supported by the EOS_DBA team.•Used a SharePoint ticketing system to validate T-SQL code submitted by developers, executing it in SQL Server 2008 on the User Acceptance Server (UAT) before releasing the code to production.
