• Lead the Architectural and Engineering vertical for Key Account in the Pacific Northwest.• Partner with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates to provide full life cycle recruiting services.• Source, screen, attract, hire, and onboard professional and technical talent in a fast paced, results-oriented agency environment.• Attend networking events to build brand awareness and deepen talent pool.• Utilize sourcing tools, including ATS, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Career Builder, and Indeed to identify and engage with candidates.• Build relationships with contractors and current employees, which produces a strong referral candidate base.• Recognized leader in client service and relationship management.

Part of two year management training program where candidate rotates through various roles within the retail location. Positions include: Customer Service Representative, Retail Sales Representative, and Sales Manager. Lead day to day operations of high volume retail location. Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and financial targets for location and ensuring a high quality customer experience. Responsible for all aspects of people management, such as performance reviews, corrective action, and coaching. Manage inventory, cash, and ensure operational guidelines are compliant on a daily basis. Manage special projects to drive specific revenue metrics and targets for location and district.
