Recent Items:- The expanding sales department at Smokin Joes® produced a high frequency of cigarette orders which were violating laws applying to our contracts with individual states. To solve this, I designed and implemented a custom Sales Order Interface enhancing our SysPro ERP software to allow untrained personnel to write proper orders as efficiently as the seasoned veteran salesmen do. - The manufacturing floor has been badly estimating cost and material consumption for years because our machinery does not have distance counters on the rolled materials feeders. I invented a new set of measuring devices (patent not yet applied for) to measure remaining spooled material used while manufacturing our goods. We implemented my most cost effective measuring tool, which was a print of my drawings on banner vinyl; we then assigned a set to each machine operator. - Our suppliers were claiming they had no variance in tobacco products, so I created an information system enabling us to monitor systematic waste, and then trace it back to their materials tolerance errors.- To maximize efficiency of the newer sales force, I created a predictive modeling software system to determine what customers next order will be and when it's ideal to call them.

Managed campaign computer assets (software, hardware, networking connections). Taught software systems to volunteers. Wrote software as needed to manage campaign finances to comply with FEC. Treasurer of Buffalo campaign. Created targeted walk lists for petition gathering, and did analysis for other NYS locations to ensure victory in the primary. Fabricated a series of D.I.Y. visibility items and created all of the early items in house; signs bumper stickers, t-shirts.
