Moderating and synthesizing user research collected across the world at various user sites, this lead to various internal workshops I hosted that allowed us to utilize systems experts and domain leads to insure feasibility of new ideas. With other designers we finalized an architecture and art direction, building a design system assisting engineering with sprint deliverables. Working with other UX researchers we tested different flows, testing assumptions and getting ideas for future updates. -

I took over the position from a colleague in 2013 and helped make changes to the platform that improved customer engagement while helping each university site with evidence capture and general support. Part of the project was working with the NIH to make sure we were hitting the goals indicated in the grant. -
