Current• Develop, train, and enforce standards of direct reports while building and maintaining excellent working relationships. • Identify, train, and mentor employee growth and development.• Analyze, design, and implement merchandising opportunities.• Maintain inventory levels, drive sales in focus areas, and ensure best inventory practices through accurate ordering, training of direct reports, and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory counts. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make business decisions and develop monthly reports.• Lead and assist in project management of store resets and store openings.• Special assignment groups involving community outreach, employee events, sustainability, and human safety.• Set the standard for customer service and handling customer concerns.• Strong communication skills both oral and written.• Work hand in hand with human resources in hiring, expectation setting conversations, disciplinary measures, and separation.
