Managing various aspects of Global SAP SuccessFactors implementation for supply chain organization based in Chicago.

Primary functions were:Work closely with the consulting sales organization to validate SAP SuccessFactors product features, functionality, and configurations to meet customer/client requirements. This would include meetings with the SAP Sales team on license requirements, meetings with other product providers such as WalkMe, BenefitsFocus, and other SAP product partners to ensure business solutions.Develop pricing model for the customer/client engagement to ensure successful definition of the client business process and develop implementation strawman and workplan the required SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet these requirements. Additional, ensure the pricing model meets the company goals for implementation interval, margin, and staff availability.Develop Statement of Work (SOW) to detail the work effort included in the customer/client engagement, and work with all parties to ensure the scope is accurate and meets both customer/client requirements and company financial and operational objectives.Assigned to special internal tasks as required. These included review of the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, engagement with several of the SAP SuccessFactors business partners, and assistance in development of a ROM pricing tool to be used by the company sales representatives.

Review Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) consulting engagements at key Project Lifecycle (PLC) phases of engagement (Start-up, Delivery Assurance, and Production Readiness) to ensure successful delivery, adherence to OCS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Project Management Institute (PMI) policies and procedures, and mitigate financial risk to OCS on the delivery of consulting services. Highlights:Conducted approximately 70 Quality Assurance project reviews to ensure project funding value of $100MM.96% of reviews achieved successful, or "Green" status during review cycle, which was one month in duration, per client.Acknowledged for project contributions by OCS Project Managers for several consulting engagements/implementations in the Banking, Manufacturing, and Education business verticals. Conducted financial analysis on project engagements. Financial review consisted of compliance of contract and Project Management Plan, and billing/invoicing. Analysis also included review of project margin, contingency funding, staffing, project plan, and delivery documentation (FP Milestones and T&M Deliverables), as required.Reviews delivered on all applications available through the Oracle product portfolio (Oracle Database and Applications (HR, Financials, CRM, ERP, and others), Siebel, Agile, PeopleSoft, etc.)

Director/Program Manager for newly formed HSBC North American Holdings organization (previously Household International), under direction of Group SVP. Develop and implement risk management platform based on the specifications and requirements of the Basel II Financial Accords for Capital Adequacy. Highlghts:• Managed team of 40 from 12 HSBC business units, IT, and external consulting resources in “matrixed” organization.• Develop requirements based on Basel II requirements for the 12 HSBC Business Units (auto, credit card, mortgage, etc., with assets in excess of $400B). • Develop metadata repository for consistent definition of business measures, rules, and timeframes across all business units. • Develop testing program (test scripts for Unit, System, UAT, and Regression Testing) for the federally mandated reports and internal financial reporting requirements using HP Quality Center.• Manage implementation of IBM database architecture and Cognos Business Intelligence application for use of HSBC senior management, Federal Reserve Bank, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and various internal and external organizations. • Delivered 1st release on schedule in November 2005, and 2nd release on schedule in December 2006. All corporate reporting moved to this platform in December 2006.
