Our software aggregates your customer event data (transactions, web activity, email, and more) to build a 360-degree profile of every individual. Using these aggregated data sets, our software enables you to market in a more nuanced fashion, and our algorithms predict the events and experiences each customer will want next.As co-founder and CEO of Canopy Labs, I oversaw the inception of the company and grew product, customer success and sales to encompass millions in annual revenue. Founded and ran Five Minutes to Midnight (FMM), a youth-led media development organization. With hundreds of volunteer writers, researchers, and trainers in over 30 countries, FMM ran media development projects in Chad, Kenya, Burkina Faso, Nepal, Brazil, Ghana, and other countries.

Graduate-level researcher at the Predictive Modeling Group at IBM Research. The main focus of my position was the use of social network analysis and machine learning to analyze, model, and predict trends in social media (e.g. political and technology-oriented bloggers).

Worked as part of a four-person team to develop social media-based tools for public policy analysis, generation, and debate. Our work resulted in two patent applications and ~80-page white paper on automating and analyzing aspects of social media.
