Primarily working as lead consultant to not for profit organisations undertaking a salesforce.com CRM implementation. This involved life-cycle project management:* project management;* stakeholder management;* business analysis; * data analysis; * document authoring (project & technical); * salesforce.com configuration & systems testing; * end user training;* strategic planning for effective user adoption.Other responsibilities included product and data model development of supporter360 to meet specific NFP and fundraising business needs.

The CR&F department was established by me to create new streams of income and elevate Alpha's brand awareness. This included* creating and then campaign managing drawtism: Play Pictionary for Autism, a peer to peer fundraising campaign;* authoring and oversight of departmental and campaign specific budgets; * writing submissions for major gifts;* brand development: collateral development and website build;* IT infrastructure to manage and facilitate donor engagement and relationship management, * development and oversight of marketing and public relations campaigns;* analysis: systematic, departmental and campaign KPI;* licensee management: negotiating licensee agreements, liaising with legal teams, providing resources and support;* volunteer management: both professional volunteers and providing work experience opportunities for adults with ASD.

Running a range of client centred programs for adults with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that focus on meaningful engagement, skill development and leisure activity. Responsibilities included:* Performing Key worker Role: preparing Person Centred Plans for clients, liaising with government department case managers, other Alpha staff, parents, carers and community housing workers; * monitoring client progress in and outside program time, writing up files notes and tracking behavioural changes.
