This must include the assessment and measurement of performance through the interpretation of data.• Working with other interested departments; identify, develop and promote companywide best practice, innovation and routines to improve run rates and the quality of output.• Work with QA towards the ongoing development and review of process related SOPs, QPs and training systems.• Investigate operational problems and help develop solutions.• Liaise with suppliers on the manufacturing process.• Provide and analyse manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability and processcapability to improve the process and monitor and measure against targets.• Oversee the physical and system control of customer repairs.• Inspection of critical raw material and WIP parts. Development and training of other team membersto fulfil these roles.• Analysis of capital expenditure with regards to project designs, run rates, systems and ouputs tocreate cost savings.• Liaise with others on the development, maintenance and review of Operations KPIs.• Undertake any reasonable task required to help fulfil customer demand.
